2023 was the second year my wife and I had Insogna prepare our returns, and we have several: we each have an LLC in addition to our personal return. Our tax situation, especially in 2023, is very complicated, and it takes a very astute and organized tax team to untangle it and put together a perfect return. The team at Insogna has done that for us two years in a row, and I'm sure they will for years to come as well. Taxes give me a lot of anxiety, as they do a lot of people, but I sleep well knowing that I've outsourced the anxiety to a team of experts who will do an excellent job for me. Every interaction with them, from initial outreach, to chatting with the owner (Chase), to working with our tax prep associate, has been high quality and enjoyable. The upload process for getting all your documents is super streamlined and easy. They prompt you to think of all documents you could possible have received that the IRS is expecting. Once completed, your return goes through a very diligent review to ensure it is as accurate as possible. The best part of our experience is working with Kimberly, our tax specialist, who possesses the rare combination of kindness, intelligence, competence, and strong work ethic. She does a great job and it is a pleasure working with her every year. Insogna is a premium service but you absolutely get your money's worth. I don't hesitate to recommend them.
Insogna did a great job! They handled the combo of W-2 and investment income plus independent consulting income with ease. I just sent them all the info (via their online portal) and ended up getting back $8k thanks to all the deductions they found. Thanks team!
